2. Information collected and use of your personal data
MAMIE MEGÈVE only collects information that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

- To benefit from the services of MAMIE MEGÈVE , you can place an order as a Customer. On this occasion, MAMIE MEGÈVE collects data relating to your title, name and surname, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, password and, if applicable, information relating to payment methods (name of the credit card holder, credit card number, expiration date and visual cryptogram). This data is collected in order to provide direct, password-protected access to your personal data stored in our system and to your history related to previous services, if any.

vi. Notify immediately any modification or change that may affect the processing of personal data;
vii. To respect the retention period of personal data with regard to the purposes for which they were collected or transmitted and to delete personal data upon expiry of the retention period; and
viii. Cooperate with you to consider when anonymization of your personal data may be appropriate.
MAMIE MEGÈVE undertakes to notify you of any breach of personal data, as defined in Article 4.12 of the RGPD, within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours after becoming aware of it and by the following means: sending a message to your e-mail address. This notification shall be accompanied by any documentation in its possession enabling you, if necessary, to notify the competent supervisory authority of this violation. The notification shall, to the extent possible, specify the nature and consequences of the data breach, the measures already taken or proposed to be taken to remedy the breach and the persons from whom additional information can be obtained, and where possible, an estimate of the number of persons likely to be affected by the breach.

4. The rights you have
In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as modified by the law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004, and by the European Regulation n°2016/679, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion, and portability of the data concerning him, as well as the right to object to the treatment for legitimate reason rights which he can exercise by addressing the person in charge of the treatment
Any request relating to the communication, portability, rectification, deletion, opposition to the processing of your personal data, must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document signed by you and mention the address at which MAMIE MEGÈVE can contact the applicant.
MAMIE MEGÈVE undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one (1) month from receipt of your request.
In case of violation of your personal data, MAMIE MEGÈVE undertakes to notify the CNIL under the conditions prescribed by the RGPD.
