More than ever! In winter, let our free shuttles take you in a few minutes to the start of the slopes of Mamie Megève or to the entrance of the pedestrian streets of Megève.
In winter and summer alike, walk along the Chemin du Calvaire to reach the slopes or the pedestrian streets from the hotel.
Does my vehicle need to be equipped for my stay?
As in any mountain resort, you will be using roads that will not be clear: we strongly advise you to have a vehicle equipped with snow tires or chains.
Where is the hotel located?
The hotel is located in Megève, between the pedestrian streets and the Mont d'Arbois.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Basement parking is available for 20 euros per night or 115 euros per week.
What time can I arrive?
Rooms and Suites are available from 4pm. In case of arrival before this time, you can take advantage of our luggage room, contact our team at +33 (0)4 85 30 02 04.
At what time must the room be vacated?
The departure time is 11:00 am. Our luggage room is at your disposal if you wish to extend your discovery of the village after this time.
What are the restaurant hours?
The price of the breakfast is 15 euros per person.

The lobby is open from 7am to 11pm. Your restaurant Chez Jean in Arboisie is open from 7pm to 10pm.
Can I buy my ski passes and rent my equipment at the hotel?
Absolutely, ski passes are sold at the reception desk without any extra charge to avoid unnecessary waiting at the ski lifts.
The equipment rental is done at our partner, Le Mont d'Arbois Sport. You can take advantage of their free lockers to drop off your equipment every evening at the foot of the slopes.
Can I book my ski lessons at the hotel?
Yes, contact our experienced creators who will help you choose your courses according to your desires and your level.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with a supplement on request at the reception.
Is the wifi free?
Yes, the WIFI is free in the whole hotel, without access code.
Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, don't hesitate to leave your luggage with us the day of your arrival or departure.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, all our rooms are non-smoking. Remember to ask for a balcony when making your reservation.
I prefer not to give my credit card: how can I pay for my stay?
You can pay your reservation by bank transfer. However, a credit card will be required as a guarantee upon arrival.
